Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

Yes, all Krafteria furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable.
Can I track my order after it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our items are shipped flat-packed with easy-to-follow instructions. However, for larger items, you can select our 'White Glove Delivery' at checkout, which includes full assembly and packaging removal.
